“KOREA MICE EXPO 2025” Exhibition Report

JCMA participated as an exhibitor at the KOREA MICE EXPO (Seoul, Korea) , organized by the Korea MICE Association (KMA), with which JCMA has concluded an MOU, following last year’s participation. We, mainly the International Exchange Promotion Committee of JCMA, held business meetings and other activities at our booth.
We would like to once again express our sincere appreciation to everyone who visited our booth, as well as to all those who supported its operation.

1. Opening Ceremony
   We were honored that JCMA was treated as an overseas VIP guest, and Makoto Batori, the Chairperson of the International Exchange Promotion Committee, joined the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
   
   

2. Inside the Venue
As the event was held in Seoul this year, attendance exceeded last year’s Incheon event, with over 5,000 visitors during the three-day period.





↑Ms. Sachiko Yoshimura from the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition gave a seminar presentation, which was made possible through JCMA’s introduction to KMA.

3. Booth Activities
At the JCMA booth, we held 13 business meetings and welcomed many walk-in visitors over the three days.
In addition, JCMA members PACIFICO Yokohama and Osaka International Convention Center jointly exhibited, and the Sapporo Convention Bureau participated with its own independent booth.

4. Welcome Party “KME NIGHT”
A networking event for all participants was held at “The Platz,” a renovated office space inside COEX.

5. Next Year’s Venue
The next KOREA MICE Expo is scheduled to be held from November 18–20, 2026, at COEX Magok (an annex of COEX located in Seoul).
